Once we all stand in front of our choices about how to move forward. Some doors must be closed and we have to develop new and progressive challenges.
For me arrived this breakthrough period when I got 45. I realized that all of previous one is exhausted itself and on this - self-discovery period I found quite random, let's say by I coincidence  DRH Lindersvold school website and I made my decision to join the 24-month program for a couple of days, and here I am.
I believe that my choice is beneficial not only for myself but also for many people around the world, I am here to learn how to help people in need from all over the world.

Gertrud

My name is Gertrud and I am 27 years old. I come from Baltic States and more precisely from Estonia. Why I decided to join this program? First of all I liked that I had options to choose from – 18 and 24 months programs. Probably the main reason I started to look at these programs was that it is mostly practical and also I can use my knowledge in AFRICA. There are a lot of reasons why to join – for example – get new knowledge in a fun way, learn about other cultures, discover yourself how well can you adapt with others, also I can say that these are the others reasons why I joined. In my opinion this experience will broaden my mind.

Many of my friends have got their new job in Japan, but I wanted to try new things in foreign countries and I found this school. I’ve not been here for long time yet, but I think I’ve already learned many things. I want to get many experiences here and use it for people in the world who need help. And also I want to find what I want to do and I can do in the future.

Eunjee

Hi, My name is Eunjee. I'm from South Korea. I completed the whole course of B.A in Education and have interested in not only quantitative but also quantitative improvement in education for developing countries. To learn about it, Not only I worked as Education team’s intern with HoE, a Korea-based international NGO that focuses on teacher education. But also I taught art and Korean for teachers and students in Mongolia to do field experience for 5 months. It's all because I wondered whether I just want to be as a field worker or office worker, Despite such experiences, I felt the shortage. I want to try something new like that I have to get out of our comfort zone for self-development. Therefore, I enrolled this program this year. I expect the special experience because these program it is not in Korea. That's why I'm here. Above all, After the end of the program, I hope that I’ll keep further growth than now by living, discussing and facing a matter with people from other countries.

Momo

Hi, I’m Momo, from Japan. I belong to Team August 2016, 24 months fight against poor. I’m interested in developing countries so that I was looking for the school has the major about developing countries. Then, I found Lindersvold, 24 months program fight against poor. I love traveling and interacting with people who have different cultures, customs and point of views like students and teammates here. To be honest, I don’t have a dream like ‘What I want to be’ now. But I think I’m old enough to find exact one. So studying at Lindersvold would be good experience and give me great opportunities to develop myself and help to find out what I can do and want to do in the future.
